Retro vs Modern Gaming Difficulty

Retro vs Modern Gaming Difficulty
Tuesday — August 30th, 2011

I remember playing Ninja Turtles on the NES back in the 90′s. That game was crazy hard. But I think I was too absorbed in the fandom that I didn’t realize it at the time. I remember having to memorize the exact sequence of jumps and attacks in order to get from one stage to another. Passing the controller to my buddy after each try.

Now a days I get annoyed if the checkpoints aren’t frequent enough. I just don’t have the patience to play through the pointless combat after dying the first time.

However some things never change. (See hidden text).

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Net10 for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Net10 wireless has an unlimited everything cell phone plan for $50.  That is unlimited talk text and data.  This is a pretty good deal considering most phone companies change 60+ for something like this.

Unlimited calls is the way to go for business and waiting for customer service to pickup.

Net10 also has a pay as you go service for $15 bucks for 200 minutes.  The minutes carry over if you continue to pay monthly.  Too bad you guys don’t have public mobile down there in the US, because we get unlimited talk for $15 bucks.  But hey you can get the Net10 wireless plans with no monthly bills, and no credit checks.  Also swapping plans doesn’t cost you anything.

Net10 offers basic phones you can buy for 15 bucks, and ones that do internet for $40.  They every have some qwerty keyboard phones for you texters out there.  So if you want to save some money for you and your family check them out.

Checkout their twitter here.  Facebook as well.

It’s the same way with D&D. Healing surges now! Traditionally, you regained 1 HP per day of rest.

Write something, I dare you...
