I can’t stand it when someone hovers over you while you’re trying to work. I mean I don’t mind if you are working together on something, but when it’s just micro-management it’s unacceptable.

At least the guy in the frame is being honest is his surveillance. I caught a manager watching me from a 75 degree angle in my peripheral vision and I didn’t notice him standing there until he moved after a few minutes. I was miffed I’d been surveyed. I’m so nice about cranking up my font sizes so visitors can see better (and me.) Maybe time to go back to 9 point font where I fog the monitor I’m so close.
