I’ve lost 10 pounds over the last 3 weeks doing the Slow carb diet. The diet consist of the following regiment:
-No white carbs, this means no rice, no pasta, no bread
-No fruits, no fruit juices
-Eat lots of legumes, this includes lentils, beans and chickpeas
-Eat Breakfast with lots of protein and slow carbs such as legumes.
-Eat lots of vegetables
-1 cheat day a week, to each whatever the heck you want, as much of it as you want, this includes fruits and white carbs.
-workout once or twice a week.
