Found a great article on staying motivated. It reminds me of the Story of good old Benjamin Franklin, what a beast, he would wake up everyday and keeps track of his progress in life. Like a real life MMORPG.
I’ve been following this idea of keeping track of progress for my workouts, and its working nicely. I found that I tend to forget things very quickly if they aren’t written down, and referred to regularly.
I’m going to try and use Joe’s Goals, to keep on top of things.
