I thought having a pill that would make your arms fall off would be funnier than, say, outright poisoning people for fun and profit.
Also, I realize that those of you out there without arms can still deftly use their feet to write angry letters.

This is obviously in the earlier stage of pre-frontal cortex still developing, get-rich-quick schemes, and definitely is funny!
