Fahrenheit 451 the movie is based on the classic sci-fi book by Ray Bradbury. I've been meaning to read it (or, I guess, watch the movie); I think it's somewhere in the big pile of anime/books/games/stuff to watch/read/play/experience.

Ever seen the movie Fahrenheit 451? In that future, almost every house is fireproof and there is no need for firemen, but they do exist. What is their job then? To locate and burn every piece of written words everywhere and eradicate those who read/hide/distribute them. It was filmed in 1966 and is the only movie I found worth watching from that time. I think. Maybe there were others. Can't remember at the moment.
